1. Who we are

PageProfit operates ebookmaster.store, selling a digital eBook training system to customers in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to every visit and purchase on the Site.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what is needed to deliver your purchase:

• Order details (at checkout): your name, email address, mobile number, and optionally your city — used to deliver the eBook, provide support, and process refunds.
• Payment data (via Razorpay): payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay shares with us only your payment status and reference IDs. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.
• Technical data: standard server request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) kept for security and error diagnosis.

3. How we use your data

• Delivering your eBook pack to your email after payment
• Confirming orders and providing customer support
• Processing refund requests under our 7-day refund policy
• Preventing fraud and abuse of the checkout

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Site. We will never send you unrelated marketing spam — only order and delivery-related emails.

4. Sharing your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with Razorpay (payment processing, as a regulated payment aggregator) and, if legally required, with Indian law enforcement or tax authorities. Data is stored on servers located in India or in compliance with Indian data protection requirements.

5. Data retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may at any time request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for future contact, by emailing support@ebookmaster.store with your order ID. We action verified requests within 30 days. Deleting order data may limit our ability to process refunds after deletion.

6. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS (256-bit TLS encryption) and access to customer records is restricted and logged. Payment security is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest security standard in the payments industry.
