Order, payment or delivery issue?

Most problems are solved fastest when your first message already includes the three things we need to find your order. Please send:

• Your Order ID — the reference in the format EB-XXXXXX from your confirmation screen or email
• The email address you entered at checkout (this is where your eBook is delivered)
• The payment reference from Razorpay (looks like pay_XXXXXXXXXXXX), if the question involves a payment

With those three details, a typical order issue is resolved the same working day. Wrong email at checkout? We verify your payment and re-deliver to the correct address at no extra cost.

Before you write — quick answers

• I paid but did not get the download link. Wait 2–3 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us with your Order ID — we re-send the access link immediately.
• Can I get a refund? Yes — every purchase is covered by our 7-day refund policy. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the exact conditions and timeline.
• Is my payment safe? Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials — details are in our Terms of Service.
• Do you offer support in Hindi? Haan — we answer in English or Hindi, whichever you are comfortable with.
